Pedro Gomes is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor, competitor and 2nd-degree black belt with a lifetime connection to the art. The son of legendary Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu master Maurício Gomes, Pedro was raised within one of the most respected lineages in BJJ and has continued that tradition through his own training, competition and teaching career. His journey has been shaped by generations of elite Jiu-Jitsu knowledge, with his rank and progression connected to both Maurício Gomes and Master Leão Teixeira. Today, Pedro represents GFT (Grappling Fight Team), continuing to develop and pass on his Jiu-Jitsu while carrying forward a significant martial arts legacy of his own.
